Dylan and James Nicolodi are seventh-generation Italian circus performers whose careers have been shaped by a lifelong connection to the traditional art of the Icarian Games, also known as Risley.

Known for their precision, athleticism and trust as a duo, the brothers have developed a fast-paced act that combines generations of European circus tradition with a modern performance style.

Their career has taken them across major stages in the United States, including performances with Circus Vazquez and featured engagements with the Big Apple Circus in New York City and Boston.

In 2023, they won the inaugural American Fest competition in Dallas, further establishing themselves as one of the standout acts in their discipline.

In performance, Dylan works as the base while James is balanced, propelled and launched through the air using only Dylan's feet, executing rapid flips, twists and highly controlled landings. The act demands exceptional timing, strength and technical precision, while maintaining the speed and energy that make it so visually captivating.

The Nicolodi Brothers bring together family legacy, discipline and contemporary showmanship, creating an act that feels both rooted in tradition and completely current.
